  9. 9. Cut the red cabbage into thin strips.
  10. 10. Knead the red cabbage vigorously in a bowl with salt and sugar.
  11. 11. Set the red cabbage aside.
  12. 12. Wash the cucumber and the tomato.
  13. 13. Dice the cucumber and the tomato.
  14. 14. Halve the onion.
  15. 15. Peel the onion.
  16. 16. Cut the onion into strips.
  17. 17. Cut the iceberg lettuce into coarse strips.
  18. 18. Wash the iceberg lettuce.
  19. 19. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.

  32. 32. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on high heat.
  33. 33. Fry the meat with the marinade for approx. 2 minutes until golden brown.

  37. 37. Spread the croissant with the yogurt sauce.
  38. 38. Fill the croissant with all ingredients as desired.
  39. 39. Drizzle the croissant again with a little yogurt sauce.
