🍽️ Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- peanuts 250 g
- salt pinch
- agave nectar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Spread the peanuts evenly on a baking sheet.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and set it to top and bottom heat.
- 3. Roast the peanuts in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the tray from the oven when the nuts smell fragrant.
- 5. Let the roasted peanuts cool down completely.
- 6. Put the cooled peanuts and the salt into a food processor or blender.
- 7. Blend the nuts for 1 to 2 minutes until they are crushed into coarse flour.
- 8. Continue blending for 3 to 5 minutes until a sticky ball of nut paste forms.
- 9. Keep blending for 6 to 10 minutes until the oils are released and the paste becomes creamy and liquid.
- 10. Optionally add the agave syrup and mix it in briefly.
- 11. Pour the finished peanut butter into a clean jar.
- 12. Seal the jar airtight.
