  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let the yeast mixture rest for about 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Take a separate large bowl.
  6. 6. Add the flour, the salt, and the butter to this bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the dry ingredients and the butter together briefly.
  8. 8. Pour the prepared yeast mixture over the flour ingredients.
  9. 9. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. If the dough seems too dry, add a little more lukewarm water gradually.
  11. 11. Cover the bowl with the dough.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  13. 13. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional fan setting).
  15. 15. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  16. 16. Sprinkle some flour onto a clean work surface.
