  2. 2. Let the mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add flour, salt, and oil to the bowl.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients for about 5 minutes until you have a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  6. 6. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
  7. 7. Wash the basil, dry it, and pluck the leaves off.
  8. 8. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  9. 9. Mix the minced meat in a separate bowl with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Set the meat mixture aside for a while.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 250 °C with top and bottom heat.
  12. 12. Work the dough briefly again on a lightly floured surface.
  13. 13. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  14. 14. Roll each portion into a round pizza base.
  15. 15. Place the pizza bases on baking trays lined with baking paper.
  16. 16. Spread the vegetarian Bolognese sauce over the pizza bases.
