🍰 Strawberry-Pineapple Ice with Chocolate Coating

Ingredients
- strawberries 150 g
- honey 4 tbsp
- pineapple 400 g
- coating, dark chocolate 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Place the prepared strawberries into a tall container.
- 4. Add two tablespoons of honey to the strawberries.
- 5. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
- 6. Fill the ice molds halfway with the strawberry-honey mixture.
- 7. Peel the pineapple.
- 8. Remove the hard core from the pineapple.
- 9. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- 10. Place the pineapple pieces into a tall container.
- 11. Add two tablespoons of honey to the pineapple.
- 12. Blend the pineapple until smooth.
- 13. Fill the remaining space in the ice molds with the pineapple mixture.
- 14. Close the ice molds.
- 15. Place the molds in the freezer for about 6 hours.
- 16. Heat about 500 milliliters of water in a pot until it boils.
- 17. Chop the chocolate coating roughly.
- 18. Place the chocolate coating into a metal bowl.
- 19. Place the metal bowl over the hot water without it touching the water.
- 20. Melt the chocolate coating while stirring.
- 21. Hold the ice molds briefly under warm water.
- 22. Carefully release the ice from the molds.
- 23. Pour the melted chocolate coating over the ice.
- 24. Let the chocolate set for a short time.
- 25. Serve the ice immediately.
