  1. 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly, peel off the fibrous skin, and cut it into thin pieces. In a pot, bring it to a boil over medium heat with 75 g of sugar and grape juice, cooking for about 2 minutes until tender. Then, let it cool down.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the remaining sugar and yogurt until smooth. Grate the chocolate finely. For the dessert, layer the rhubarb alternately with the mascarpone cream and butter biscuits in glasses, then top with chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy your meal!
