🍽️ Eggplant Wraps with Dates

Ingredients
- sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- garlic, granulated 2 tsp
- barbecue sauce 1 tbsp
- agave syrup 1 tbsp
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- eggplants 2 pcs
- soft dates, dried and pitted 24 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Add sunflower oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, barbecue sauce, maple syrup, and paprika powder to a bowl.
- 3. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well together.
- 4. Slice the eggplants into 3 millimeter thick slices.
- 5. Brush each eggplant slice on both sides with the marinade.
- 6. Wrap a single date in an eggplant slice.
- 7. Secure the wrap with a toothpick so it does not open.
- 8. Place the wraps in the oven and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 9. Remove the wraps when the eggplant is baked crispy and brown.
- 10. Let the eggplant wraps with dates cool down briefly.
- 11. Serve the finished snacks and enjoy your meal.
