🍽️ Sweet-Spicy Date Curry Dip

Ingredients
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 50 g
- Cream cheese, plain 175 g
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Place the dates in a tall container.
- 2. Cover the dates with about 200 milliliters of hot water.
- 3. Let the dates soak in the water for approx. 5 minutes.
- 4. Then drain the water through a sieve.
- 5. Puree the drained dates finely together with the cream cheese.
- 6. Add 2 teaspoons of curry powder.
- 7. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 10. Serve the dip with vegetable sticks of your choice.
