🍳 Creamy Date and Walnut Spread

Ingredients
- walnut kernels 100 g
- soft dates, dried and pitted 200 g
- sour cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat a frying pan over low heat.
- 2. Roast the walnuts without fat in the pan by shaking them constantly for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove the walnuts from the pan and chop them finely.
- 4. Pit the dates if they still contain seeds, and cut them into fine cubes.
- 5. Put the sour cream and the diced dates into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and creamy.
- 7. Gently fold the chopped walnuts into the date spread.
- 8. Serve the spread immediately and enjoy it.
