  3. 3. Remove the walnuts from the pan and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Pit the dates if they still contain seeds, and cut them into fine cubes.
  5. 5. Put the sour cream and the diced dates into a tall container.
  6. 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and creamy.
  7. 7. Gently fold the chopped walnuts into the date spread.
  8. 8. Serve the spread immediately and enjoy it.
