  2. 2. Take a large bowl and add soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Beat the butter-sugar mixture with a hand mixer until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
  4. 4. Add an egg to the bowl and mix it well into the butter mixture.
  5. 5. Add cornstarch, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the bowl.
  6. 6. Knead the ingredients with the mixer or a spoon to form a firm dough.
  7. 7. Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the dough with a spoon.
  8. 8. Take two tablespoons of dough and shape them into walnut-sized balls.
  9. 9. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
  10. 10. Place the dough balls on the trays with some space between them.
  11. 11. Put the trays into the preheated oven.
  12. 12. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Take the cookies out when the edges are golden brown.
