  5. 5. Knead the dough until it is smooth and pliable.
  6. 6. Lightly flour your work surface.
  7. 7. Shape the dough into a round loaf about 15 centimeters in diameter.
  8. 8. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Cut a cross pattern into the surface with a sharp knife.
  10. 10. Cut about 1 to 2 centimeters deep into the dough.
  11. 11. Bake the bread for 30 to 35 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the bread when it is golden brown.
