  8. 8. Spoon the hot sugar mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. 9. Divide the amount into four equal portions.
  10. 10. Flatten each portion using another pot.
  11. 11. Make sure the cookies are about three to five millimeters thick.
