Ingredients
- sugar 100 g
- baking powder 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the sugar into a pot.
- 2. Place the pot on a medium heat setting.
- 3. Let the sugar melt.
- 4. Wait until the sugar turns golden brown.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat immediately.
- 6. Add the baking powder.
- 7. Stir the mixture vigorously.
- 8. Spoon the hot sugar mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 9. Divide the amount into four equal portions.
- 10. Flatten each portion using another pot.
- 11. Make sure the cookies are about three to five millimeters thick.
- 12. Press the cookie cutter slightly into the center of one cookie.
- 13. Repeat this with the remaining cookies.
- 14. Let the cookies cool down completely.
- 15. Enjoy your Dalgona cookies.
