🍽️ Danish Hotdogs

Ingredients
- Pickles 2 pcs.
- Capers 1 tsp
- Dill, fresh 30 g
- mayonnaise 100 g
- Yogurt, plain 50 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Vienna sausages 4 pcs.
- Hot dog buns 4 pcs.
- Mustard 4 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Fried onions 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Drain the pickles.
- 3. Dice 30 grams of the pickles into small cubes.
- 4. Slice the remaining pickles into thin rounds.
- 5. Drain the capers.
- 6. Finely chop the capers.
- 7. Wash the dill thoroughly.
- 8. Shake the dill dry.
- 9. Pluck off the dill tips.
- 10. Finely chop the dill tips.
- 11. Place the capers, diced gherkins, mayonnaise, and yogurt into a bowl.
- 12. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 14. Warm the sausages in hot water.
- 15. Slice the buns open, but do not cut all the way through.
- 16. Spread mustard or ketchup on one side of the buns.
- 17. Drain the sausages.
- 18. Place the sausages into the buns.
- 19. Add remoulade sauce on top of the sausages.
- 20. Garnish the hotdogs with the sliced pickle rounds.
- 21. Sprinkle fried onions over the top.
