🥗 Curry Chicken Burger with Peppers and Salad

Ingredients
- Ketchup 8 tbsp
- Curry powder pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Chicken breast fillets 600 g
- Cucumbers 1 pcs
- Iceberg lettuce 0.5 pcs
- Pepper, yellow 1 pcs
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Hamburger buns 8 pcs
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix ketchup with curry and pepper. Rinse the chicken fillets, pat dry, and coat with 2 tbsp of the curry-ketchup mixture.
- 2. Rinse the cucumber, peel, and slice. Separate about 8 lettuce leaves, rinse, and drain. Wash the pepper, halve, remove seeds and core, and slice into rings.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat, season the chicken with salt, and let rest covered for approx. 4 minutes.
- 4. Cut the buns, toast, or roast in a preheated oven for about 3 minutes. Spread each bun half with the curry-ketchup mixture and assemble the burgers as desired with lettuce, cucumber slices, chicken, and pepper rings. Enjoy your meal!
