🍽️ Aromatic Curry Onion Butter

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc
- butter 125 g
- curry powder 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onions and peel off the skin.
- 2. Dice the onions into very small cubes.
- 3. Heat a pan and melt one tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- 4. Sauté the onion cubes for about two minutes until they look translucent.
- 5. Sprinkle curry powder over the onions and stir briefly.
- 6. Let the onion mixture cool down completely.
- 7. Season the cooled onions with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Place the seasoned onions into a bowl.
- 9. Mix the onions with the remaining soft butter.
- 10. Place the butter mixture onto a piece of baking paper.
- 11. Shape the mixture into a compact roll.
- 12. Twist the ends of the paper tightly.
- 13. Place the roll in the refrigerator until the butter is firm.
- 14. Remove the butter roll from the paper before serving.
- 15. Slice the butter into thick rounds.
