Ingredients
- Leek 1 pc
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Apples, red 2 pc
- Raisins 30 g
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pc
- Creme fraiche 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Mint, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven together with a baking sheet to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Trim the roots and dry ends from the leek. Cut the leek stalk into thin rings, rinse well in a sieve, and shake dry.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the leek with curry for about 3 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl.
- 3. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and slice thinly. Add the apple pieces together with raisins and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the leek and mix well.
- 4. Roll out the doughs on baking paper, prick them several times with a fork, and spread evenly with crème fraîche. Season generously with salt and pepper. The tomato sauce can be used for something else.
- 5. Distribute the prepared vegetables evenly on the doughs. Carefully slide one of the curry pizzas onto the hot baking sheet and bake in the lower third of the oven for about 15 minutes. Then bake the second pizza.
- 6. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop coarsely. Remove the curry pizza with leek from the oven, cut into pieces of any size, decorate with mint, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
