Ingredients
- Honeydew melon 1 pc.
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Curry powder 0.5 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds.
- 3. Peel the melon.
- 4. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Thread the melon cubes onto skewers.
- 6. Brush the skewers with oil.
- 7. Sprinkle curry powder and salt over them.
- 8. Preheat the grill.
- 9. Place the skewers on the grill.
- 10. Grill the melon for about two to three minutes on each side.
- 11. Let the skewers cool down slightly.
- 12. Serve the dish.
