  5. 5. Place the chicken cubes into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Add one tablespoon of lime juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7. Season the meat thoroughly until all pieces are evenly coated.
  8. 8. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the chicken cubes for about three minutes until they are golden brown.
  10. 10. Cover the frying pan with a lid.
