  2. 2. Place soft butter, sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  3. 3. Beat the butter mixture with a hand mixer and whisk attachment for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs individually and mix them one by one into the butter mixture.
  5. 5. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl.
  6. 6. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  8. 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
  9. 9. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. 10. Take the muffins out of the oven.
  11. 11. Loosen them from the tin if necessary.
