Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Vanilla Sugar 2 packs
- Salt pinch
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Cream cheese, plain 150 g
- Powdered sugar 100 g
- Mini marshmallows 45 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place soft butter, sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 3. Beat the butter mixture with a hand mixer and whisk attachment for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
- 4. Beat the eggs individually and mix them one by one into the butter mixture.
- 5. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl.
- 6. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
- 7. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
- 9. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Take the muffins out of the oven.
- 11. Loosen them from the tin if necessary.
- 12. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
- 13. Beat cream cheese and one packet of vanilla sugar in a separate bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- 14. Sift powdered sugar and add it gradually to the cream cheese mixture.
- 15. Spread the cream cheese frosting onto the cooled cupcakes using a spoon or a piping bag with a nozzle.
- 16. Decorate the cupcakes with mini marshmallows.
