🍰 Raspberry Cruffins Made from Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Cinnamon pinch
- Puff pastry 3 pcs.
- Raspberry fruit spread 6 tbsp.
- Icing sugar 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the orange thoroughly.
- 3. Grate about one teaspoon of the orange peel.
- 4. Put sugar, cinnamon, and the orange peel into a bowl.
- 5. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 6. Roll out the puff pastry sheets flat.
- 7. Sprinkle the dough surfaces evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 8. Place the two doughs on top of each other.
- 9. Roll the stacked doughs flat with a rolling pin.
- 10. Divide the dough sheet into two equal halves.
- 11. Place the two halves on top of each other again.
- 12. Roll the stacked doughs thin again.
- 13. Spread fruit spread on the top ten centimeters of the puff pastry.
- 14. Roll the dough tightly from the spread side.
- 15. Cut the puff pastry roll into pieces about four centimeters thick.
- 16. Grease a muffin tin.
- 17. Place each puff pastry slice with the cut side facing up into a cavity.
- 18. Bake the cruffins in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 19. Take the cruffins out of the oven.
- 20. Let them cool down briefly.
- 21. Dust the cruffins with powdered sugar.
- 22. Serve the cruffins and enjoy.
