  2. 2. Wash the orange thoroughly.
  3. 3. Grate about one teaspoon of the orange peel.
  4. 4. Put sugar, cinnamon, and the orange peel into a bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
  6. 6. Roll out the puff pastry sheets flat.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the dough surfaces evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. 8. Place the two doughs on top of each other.
  9. 9. Roll the stacked doughs flat with a rolling pin.
  10. 10. Divide the dough sheet into two equal halves.
  11. 11. Place the two halves on top of each other again.
  12. 12. Roll the stacked doughs thin again.
  13. 13. Spread fruit spread on the top ten centimeters of the puff pastry.
  14. 14. Roll the dough tightly from the spread side.
  15. 15. Cut the puff pastry roll into pieces about four centimeters thick.

  17. 17. Place each puff pastry slice with the cut side facing up into a cavity.
  18. 18. Bake the cruffins in the oven for about 20 minutes.
