  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Slice the baguette and place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle 2 tbsp. olive oil over them and roast them in the oven for about 3–4 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, drain the mozzarella and slice it. Wash the peaches thoroughly, halve them, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into wedges. Shred the ham into pieces.
  3. 3. Turn the bread slices, drizzle them with the remaining olive oil, and top with the peach wedges, shredded ham, and mozzarella. Bake the crostini in the oven for about 3 minutes. Serve the crostini with ham and peach sprinkled with some pepper. Enjoy your meal!
