🍽️ Crostini with Ham and Peach

Ingredients
- Baguette 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Mozzarella 1 pc.
- Peaches 1 pc.
- Serrano ham 100 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Slice the baguette and place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle 2 tbsp. olive oil over them and roast them in the oven for about 3–4 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, drain the mozzarella and slice it. Wash the peaches thoroughly, halve them, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into wedges. Shred the ham into pieces.
- 3. Turn the bread slices, drizzle them with the remaining olive oil, and top with the peach wedges, shredded ham, and mozzarella. Bake the crostini in the oven for about 3 minutes. Serve the crostini with ham and peach sprinkled with some pepper. Enjoy your meal!
