🍽️ Trout Crostini with Tomatoes and Chives

Ingredients
- oil 4 tbsp
- ciabatta bread 1 pc
- trout fillet, smoked 125 g
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- sour cream 2 tbsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- chives, fresh 1 bunch
Instructions
- 1. Pour some oil into a pan and heat it over medium heat.
- 2. Slice the ciabatta bread into thin pieces.
- 3. Fry the bread slices for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Take the trout fillet and mash it into small pieces using a fork.
- 5. Place the mashed trout and the cream cheese into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
- 7. Stir the sour cream into the trout cream.
- 8. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Place the trout cream in the refrigerator to cool down.
- 10. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 11. Cut the washed cherry tomatoes into quarters.
- 12. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 13. Cut the dry chives into fine rings.
- 14. Spread the cold trout cream onto the toasted ciabatta slices.
- 15. Place the tomato quarters on top of the cream-covered slices.
- 16. Sprinkle some pepper over the tomatoes.
- 17. Garnish the crostini with the cut chive rings.
