🍽️ Crispy Brie and Physalis Crostini

Ingredients
- Brie 250 g
- onions, red 1 pcs
- physalis 100 g
- celery stalks 0.25 pcs
- salt pinch
- cayenne pepper 0.25 tsp
- baguette 1 pcs
- rapeseed oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Brie cheese into small cubes.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and chop it finely.
- 3. Remove the physalis fruits from their papery husks, wash them, and dice them finely.
- 4. Wash the celery stalks, set aside some green leaves for decoration, and dice the stalks finely.
- 5. Place the Brie, onions, physalis, and celery in a bowl and mix everything well.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
- 7. Slice the baguette into even slices.
- 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
- 9. Fry the baguette slices for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
- 10. Spread the Brie mixture evenly over the toasted slices.
- 11. Garnish the crostini with the reserved celery greens and serve immediately.
