  2. 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Remove the physalis fruits from their papery husks, wash them, and dice them finely.
  4. 4. Wash the celery stalks, set aside some green leaves for decoration, and dice the stalks finely.
  5. 5. Place the Brie, onions, physalis, and celery in a bowl and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Slice the baguette into even slices.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the baguette slices for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
  10. 10. Spread the Brie mixture evenly over the toasted slices.
  11. 11. Garnish the crostini with the reserved celery greens and serve immediately.
