🍽️ Crostini with Avocado Cream and Salmon

Ingredients
- Spring onions 2 pcs.
- Avocado 1 pcs.
- Lemon 1 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Baguette 1 pcs.
- Smoked salmon 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions, pat them dry, trim the root ends, and slice them into thin rings. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- 2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Mix in the cream cheese, spring onions, and garlic, then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pan over high heat. Cut the baguette into slices at an angle and toast them in the pan for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Spread the avocado cream on the baguette slices. Tear the salmon into pieces and arrange it on top of the crostini with the avocado cream.
