Ingredients
- toast bread 8 slices
- butter 4 tbsp
- savoy ham 50 g
- grated emmental cheese 100 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- eggs 4 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chives, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat). Spread the toast slices with butter. Place the ham on 4 of the toast slices and distribute half of the cheese on top. Place the remaining cheese pieces on the other 4 toast slices, then bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them into sunny-side-up eggs for about 4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper in the process. Wash the chives, pat them dry, and cut them into fine rings.
- 3. Place a toast slice with cheese on top of the toast slices topped with ham. Place the sunny-side-up eggs on top and garnish with chives. Enjoy your meal!
