🍰 Crispy Croffles with Berries

Ingredients
- puff pastry 1 pc.
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- strawberries 100 g
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- chocolate sprinkles, dark chocolate 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your waffle iron until it is hot.
- 2. Take the puff pastry and roll it out flat.
- 3. Cut the dough once across the middle.
- 4. Divide the dough pieces into several triangles.
- 5. Roll each triangle tightly starting from the wide side.
- 6. Place the dough rolls into the hot waffle iron.
- 7. Bake the croffles for about two to three minutes.
- 8. Rinse the berries under running water.
- 9. Halve the berries if they are very large.
- 10. Remove the finished waffles from the iron.
- 11. Sprinkle the waffles with chocolate sprinkles.
- 12. Add the fresh berries as a topping.
- 13. Serve the croffles immediately and enjoy them.
