🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Cornflake Crunch

Ingredients
- chicken wings 600 g
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- garlic, granulated 0.5 tsp
- cornflakes 150 g
- barbecue sauce 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection mode).
- 2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
- 3. Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper.
- 4. Cut the wings into two smaller pieces at the joints.
- 5. Mix yogurt with salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
- 6. Place the chicken pieces in the yogurt marinade and coat them well.
- 7. Put the cornflakes into a resealable freezer bag.
- 8. Crush the cornflakes into fine crumbs using a pot.
- 9. Pour the cornflake breadcrumbs onto a plate.
- 10. Take the marinated chicken pieces out of the yogurt mixture.
- 11. Roll the wings thoroughly in the cornflake breadcrumbs.
- 12. Place the breaded wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 13. Bake the wings for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 14. Check for doneness by piercing the thickest part of the wings with a fork.
- 15. If clear juice runs out, the wings are fully cooked.
- 16. Serve the crispy wings hot with barbecue sauce.
