  2. 2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
  3. 3. Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper.
  4. 4. Cut the wings into two smaller pieces at the joints.
  5. 5. Mix yogurt with salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
  6. 6. Place the chicken pieces in the yogurt marinade and coat them well.
  7. 7. Put the cornflakes into a resealable freezer bag.
  8. 8. Crush the cornflakes into fine crumbs using a pot.
  9. 9. Pour the cornflake breadcrumbs onto a plate.
  10. 10. Take the marinated chicken pieces out of the yogurt mixture.
  11. 11. Roll the wings thoroughly in the cornflake breadcrumbs.
  12. 12. Place the breaded wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Bake the wings for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  14. 14. Check for doneness by piercing the thickest part of the wings with a fork.
  15. 15. If clear juice runs out, the wings are fully cooked.
  16. 16. Serve the crispy wings hot with barbecue sauce.
