  4. 4. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Halve and peel the onions.
  6. 6. Dice the onions finely.
  7. 7. Clean the mushrooms if necessary with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Chop the mushrooms finely.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes until the moisture has evaporated.
  11. 11. Add the onions and sauté them for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  12. 12. Add the minced meat.
  13. 13. Cook the meat for about 7 more minutes until crumbly and browned.
  14. 14. Season the filling generously with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Let the filling cool down.
  16. 16. Grease a large pan with a bit of butter.

  18. 18. Pour one-sixth of the crepe batter into the pan.
  19. 19. Swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly.
  20. 20. Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

  23. 23. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
