🍰 Creamy Peach Lassi with Mint

Ingredients
- peaches from the can 850 ml
- mint, fresh 10 g
- yogurt, plain 300 g
- peaches 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Drain the canned peaches into a sieve. Catch the juice in a bowl.
- 2. Roughly chop the peach pieces.
- 3. Place the peach pieces into a tall container suitable for a hand blender.
- 4. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 5. Pat the mint dry by gently shaking it.
- 6. Strip the mint leaves from the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 8. Add the chopped mint and the yogurt to the container with the peaches.
- 9. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of the collected peach juice.
- 10. Blend all ingredients together with the peach juice until smooth.
- 11. Place the lassi in the refrigerator to chill.
- 12. Wash the fresh peaches under running water.
- 13. Cut the fresh peaches in half through the pit.
- 14. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
- 15. Cut each peach half into 4 equal wedges.
- 16. Pour the chilled peach lassi into cups.
- 17. Dilute the lassi to taste with a little cold water or sparkling water.
- 18. Thread the peach wedges onto wooden skewers.
- 19. Decorate the lassi with the peach skewers.
