  1. 1. Spread the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water evenly on a plate. Dip the glasses (ideally whiskey tumblers) first in water and then into the sugar.
  2. 2. Mix the cognac and rum in a cocktail shaker. Add the cold cream and powdered sugar and shake briefly. Put ice cubes in the glasses, pour the creamy cognac mixture over them, and serve garnished with ground coffee. Cheers!
