🍰 Creme fraiche with crispy onions

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 10 g
- crème fraîche 150 g
- mustard 1 tbsp
- roasted onions 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives under running water.
- 2. Shake the chives dry so that no water droplets remain.
- 3. Cut the dry chives into very fine rings.
- 4. Place the creme fraiche into a small bowl.
- 5. Add one tablespoon of mustard to the creme fraiche.
- 6. Add the prepared roasted onions to the bowl.
- 7. Add the chopped chive rings to the bowl.
- 8. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 9. Season the mixture to taste with salt.
- 10. Season the mixture to taste with freshly ground pepper.
- 11. Enjoy the creme fraiche, for example as a side dish for your barbecue evening.
