  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius. Set it to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Separate the eggs. Use only the yolks for this recipe and set the egg whites aside for another use.
  3. 3. Put cream, milk, 50 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, and the egg yolks into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  5. 5. Fill the cream evenly into small, shallow oven-safe dishes.
  6. 6. Place the small dishes into a large baking dish.
  7. 7. Pour hot water into the large baking dish until the small dishes are half-submerged in the water.
  8. 8. Slide the baking dish into the preheated oven.
  9. 9. Bake the Crème Brûlée for about 45 minutes until the cream has set.
  10. 10. Remove the dishes from the oven and let them cool for at least 30 minutes until they are fully set.
  11. 11. Before serving, sprinkle one tablespoon of sugar over each Crème Brûlée.
  12. 12. Caramelize the sugar with a small blowtorch until it is golden brown and crispy.
