🍰 Cranberry Marzipan Butter

Ingredients
- dried cranberries 40 g
- Amaretto 2 tbsp
- marzipan paste 75 g
- butter 100 g
- powdered sugar 30 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the cranberries in a bowl.
- 2. Pour the Amaretto over the cranberries.
- 3. Let the cranberries soak for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Cut the marzipan base into small cubes.
- 5. Place the marzipan cubes and the butter in a bowl.
- 6. Beat the mixture until creamy using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment.
- 7. Sift the powdered sugar into the bowl gradually.
- 8. Continue beating the mixture until it is creamy.
- 9. Add the soaked cranberries along with the liquid to the marzipan mixture.
- 10. Mix the cranberries thoroughly into the butter.
- 11. Place the butter mixture onto a piece of baking paper.
- 12. Shape the mixture into a roll using the paper.
- 13. Twist the ends of the roll like a candy wrapper.
- 14. Let the roll firm up in the refrigerator.
- 15. Enjoy the butter with pancakes or waffles.
