Ingredients
- pork roast 800 g
- BBQ herb spice pinch
- cooked ham 4 slices
- Gouda sliced cheese 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork roast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut a long pocket into the meat, but do not cut all the way through.
- 4. Open the meat so that it lies flat.
- 5. Rub the entire meat surface evenly with BBQ herb seasoning.
- 6. Place the ham in the center of the roast.
- 7. Distribute the cheese evenly over the ham.
- 8. Roll the roast up tightly.
- 9. Secure the roll with kitchen twine at several points.
- 10. Preheat the grill.
- 11. Grill the roast on both sides for about 2 minutes over high heat.
- 12. Wrap the roast tightly in aluminum foil.
- 13. Set the grill to a low setting.
- 14. Cook the roll roast for about 2 hours.
- 15. Turn the roast regularly during the cooking time.
- 16. Remove the roast from the grill.
- 17. Slice the roast.
- 18. Plate the slices.
