  5. 5. Rub the entire meat surface evenly with BBQ herb seasoning.
  6. 6. Place the ham in the center of the roast.
  7. 7. Distribute the cheese evenly over the ham.
  8. 8. Roll the roast up tightly.
  9. 9. Secure the roll with kitchen twine at several points.
  10. 10. Preheat the grill.
  11. 11. Grill the roast on both sides for about 2 minutes over high heat.
  12. 12. Wrap the roast tightly in aluminum foil.
  13. 13. Set the grill to a low setting.
  14. 14. Cook the roll roast for about 2 hours.
  15. 15. Turn the roast regularly during the cooking time.
  16. 16. Remove the roast from the grill.
