  2. 2. Place 140 grams of soft butter, 100 grams of sugar, and one packet of vanilla sugar into a large bowl.
  3. 3. Beat the butter and sugar mixture with a hand mixer using the whisk attachment until it is creamy and fluffy.
  4. 4. Add 190 grams of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, and 100 grams of chocolate chips to the bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the ingredients briefly with the mixer or a spoon until a dough forms.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
  7. 7. Lightly dust your hands with flour and roll each portion into a ball.
  8. 8. Place the dough balls on baking trays lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Make sure the balls have enough space between them so they can spread while baking.
