Ingredients
- butter 140 g
- sugar 100 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- wheat flour, type 405 190 g
- baking powder 0.5 tsp
- chocolate lentils 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place 140 grams of soft butter, 100 grams of sugar, and one packet of vanilla sugar into a large bowl.
- 3. Beat the butter and sugar mixture with a hand mixer using the whisk attachment until it is creamy and fluffy.
- 4. Add 190 grams of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, and 100 grams of chocolate chips to the bowl.
- 5. Mix the ingredients briefly with the mixer or a spoon until a dough forms.
- 6. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
- 7. Lightly dust your hands with flour and roll each portion into a ball.
- 8. Place the dough balls on baking trays lined with baking paper.
- 9. Make sure the balls have enough space between them so they can spread while baking.
- 10. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
- 11. Remove the trays from the oven one by one and let the cookies cool on them.
- 12. Store the cooled cookies in an airtight container.
