🍰 French Toast with Homemade Cookies and Cream Spread and Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
- oat drink 300 ml
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- oil 2 tsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- sandwich toast 5 slices
- margarine, vegan 100 g
- cream cookie 200 g
- vegan peanut butter ice cream 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Add 250 milliliters of oat drink, cornstarch, cane sugar, one teaspoon of oil, and cinnamon to a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients in the bowl well until a uniform liquid forms.
- 3. Take the sandwich toast slices and coat them completely in the liquid mixture.
- 4. Heat one teaspoon of oil and two tablespoons of margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5. Place the soaked toast slices one by one into the hot pan.
- 6. Fry the slices on each side for about three minutes until they are golden brown.
- 7. Put a Cream Cookie, 80 grams of margarine, and 50 milliliters of oat drink into a tall container.
- 8. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until a creamy mass forms.
- 9. Spread the finished French toasts generously with the homemade cookies and cream spread.
- 10. Serve the toast warm together with peanut butter ice cream.
- 11. Garnish the dish as desired with salted peanuts and fresh blueberries.
