  2. 2. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer and whisk until the mixture is frothy.
  3. 3. Stir flour, salt, and milk into the butter mixture.
  4. 4. Finally, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Place the dough in the freezer for about 10 minutes to cool down.
  6. 6. Take vanilla ice cream from the freezer and beat it briefly with the hand mixer to soften it.
  7. 7. Make sure the ice cream does not melt in the process.
  8. 8. Divide the cooled dough into small pieces using your hands.
  9. 9. Mix the dough pieces evenly into the ice cream.
  10. 10. Put the mixture back in the freezer and freeze it for about 1 hour.
