Ingredients
- butter 50 g
- sugar 50 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- wheat flour, Type 550 100 g
- salt pinch
- milk 30 ml
- chocolate chips 75 g
- vanilla ice cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Take a bowl and add soft butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- 2. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer and whisk until the mixture is frothy.
- 3. Stir flour, salt, and milk into the butter mixture.
- 4. Finally, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Place the dough in the freezer for about 10 minutes to cool down.
- 6. Take vanilla ice cream from the freezer and beat it briefly with the hand mixer to soften it.
- 7. Make sure the ice cream does not melt in the process.
- 8. Divide the cooled dough into small pieces using your hands.
- 9. Mix the dough pieces evenly into the ice cream.
- 10. Put the mixture back in the freezer and freeze it for about 1 hour.
