  1. 1. Take the butter out of the fridge to let it soften.
  2. 2. Add 40 g of softened butter, 30 g of sugar, 60 g of flour, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and 25 g of chocolate chips to the mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 4.
  4. 4. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it briefly by hand until it is crumbly.
  5. 5. Place the dough on a plate and freeze it for at least 3 hours.
  6. 6. Add cream cheese, 50 g of sugar, and sour cream to the mixing bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 4.
  8. 8. Fill the cream into an ice cube tray.
  9. 9. Freeze the cream for at least 3 hours.
  10. 10. Add the frozen cream mass and milk to the mixing bowl.
  11. 11. Crush the mixture for 30 seconds on speed 8.
  12. 12. Take the frozen dough pieces out of the freezer.
  13. 13. Gently fold the dough pieces into the ice cream base.
  14. 14. Serve the ice cream immediately or freeze it.
