Ingredients
- butter 40 g
- sugar 80 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 60 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- chocolate chips 100 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- sour cream 100 g
- milk 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Take the butter out of the fridge to let it soften.
- 2. Add 40 g of softened butter, 30 g of sugar, 60 g of flour, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and 25 g of chocolate chips to the mixing bowl.
- 3. Knead the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 4.
- 4. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it briefly by hand until it is crumbly.
- 5. Place the dough on a plate and freeze it for at least 3 hours.
- 6. Add cream cheese, 50 g of sugar, and sour cream to the mixing bowl.
- 7. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 4.
- 8. Fill the cream into an ice cube tray.
- 9. Freeze the cream for at least 3 hours.
- 10. Add the frozen cream mass and milk to the mixing bowl.
- 11. Crush the mixture for 30 seconds on speed 8.
- 12. Take the frozen dough pieces out of the freezer.
- 13. Gently fold the dough pieces into the ice cream base.
- 14. Serve the ice cream immediately or freeze it.
