Ingredients
- garlic bulb 4 pcs.
- olive oil 300 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves completely from their skin.
- 2. Place the peeled garlic cloves into a pot.
- 3. Cover the garlic with olive oil.
- 4. Ensure that the oil completely covers all garlic cloves.
- 5. Heat the pot over medium heat.
- 6. Wait until small bubbles form in the oil.
- 7. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 8. Let the garlic cook gently for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- 9. Check if the garlic is soft and lightly browned.
- 10. Remove the pot from the stove.
- 11. Transfer the garlic along with the oil into a clean jar.
- 12. Seal the jar tightly with a screw-top lid.
- 13. Store the jar in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat the garlic.
- 14. Spread the garlic on bread, stir it into dips, or add it to pasta.
- 15. Enjoy your delicious garlic.
- 16. Alternatively, you can cook the garlic in the oven.
- 17. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 18. Place the pot with garlic and oil in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- 19. Use the aromatic oil for marinating roasted vegetables.
