  2. 2. In a bowl, season the red cabbage and onions with salt and sugar, and let them rest for about 5 minutes. Then, knead the cabbage with your hands for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. You may pour off any excess liquid. Add yogurt, oil, and vinegar, mix everything well, and taste the coleslaw. Enjoy your meal! Tip: The coleslaw can be prepared in advance. It tastes even better if it sits for 1–2 hours.
