🥤 Homemade Cold Brew with Vanilla Milk

Ingredients
- Coffee 2 tbsp
- Water 800 ml
- Vanilla pod 1 pc
- Milk 400 ml
- Brown sugar 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the coffee powder into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the powder with cold water.
- 3. Cover the bowl.
- 4. Let the mixture steep at room temperature for 24 hours.
- 5. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 6. Scrape out the seeds from the pod.
- 7. Place the vanilla seeds and the empty pod into a separate bowl.
- 8. Mix everything with cold milk.
- 9. Cover the bowl.
- 10. Place the milk in the refrigerator overnight.
- 11. Moisten a coffee filter.
- 12. Pour the cold brew through the filter to strain it.
- 13. Divide the filtered coffee among four glasses.
- 14. Sweeten the coffee with sugar to taste.
- 15. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk.
- 16. Froth the vanilla milk in portions.
- 17. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee.
