🥤 Homemade Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Lemon juice 1 tsp.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Sunflower oil 300 ml
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Sweet paprika 0.25 tsp.
- Pineapple juice 50 ml
- Orange juice 3 tbsp.
- Tomato paste 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
- 2. Add the egg, one teaspoon of lemon juice, mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar to the mixing container.
- 3. Place the measuring cup on top and mix the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 3.
- 4. Set the device to 4 minutes and speed 4.
- 5. Start the device and let the sunflower oil drip very slowly over the lid into the container.
- 6. Slowly increase the amount of oil until the sauce has a fine creamy consistency.
- 7. Push the mixture down from the walls of the container using a spatula.
- 8. Add the orange zest, a quarter teaspoon of salt, paprika powder, pineapple juice, orange juice, tomato paste, and the remaining lemon juice.
- 9. Mix everything with the measuring cup in place for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- 10. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 11. Stir in the spices for 5 seconds on speed 4.
- 12. Fill the finished sauce into two glasses with a capacity of 200 grams each.
