Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- whipping cream 100 g
- mayonnaise 100 g
- ketchup 4 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- cognac 20 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemon in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 3. Halve the onion.
- 4. Peel the onion.
- 5. Cut the onion into very fine cubes.
- 6. Put the cream into a bowl.
- 7. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer and the whisk attachment.
- 8. Put the fine onion cubes into a second bowl.
- 9. Add mayonnaise to the onion.
- 10. Add ketchup to the mixture.
- 11. Add soy sauce to the mixture.
- 12. Add cognac to the mixture.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt.
- 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 15. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 16. Gently fold the whipped cream into the onion mixture.
- 17. Chill the sauce until you are ready to serve it.
