  3. 3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
  5. 5. Check if the volume of the dough has doubled.
  6. 6. Knead the dough briefly again.
  7. 7. Spread the dough out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
  9. 9. Wash the vine tomatoes.
  10. 10. Peel the vegetable onion.
  11. 11. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, and remove the stem and seeds.
  12. 12. Cut the prepared vegetables into cubes measuring 1 to 2 centimeters.
  13. 13. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Fry the cut vegetables in the pan for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  17. 17. Fry the garlic with the vegetables for about 1 minute.
  18. 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection mode).
  19. 19. Drizzle 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the dough base.
  20. 20. Top the dough with the fried vegetables.
  21. 21. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
