  2. 2. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into sticks about 1.5 centimeters thick.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems.
  4. 4. Slice half of the tomatoes and dice the other half.
  5. 5. Wash the thyme, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  6. 6. Finely chop the thyme leaves.
  7. 7. Peel the shallots and slice them into thin rings.
  8. 8. Wash the turkey breast and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  9. 9. Cut the turkey breast into four equal pieces.
  10. 10. Place the potato sticks in a bowl.
  11. 11. Add one tablespoon of oil and mix everything well.
  12. 12. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  14. 14. Bake the fries in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
  16. 16. Heat a pot over medium heat.
