🥤 Fresh Clementine Ginger Champagne

Ingredients
- Clementine 5 pcs
- Lemon 2 pcs
- Sugar 200 g
- Ginger, fresh 20 g
- Sekt, dry 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the clementines under running water.
- 2. Grate about one teaspoon of fine zest from the clementines.
- 3. Squeeze all the clementines and the lemon.
- 4. Measure out 400 milliliters of juice.
- 5. Add water if necessary to reach the amount.
- 6. Put the grated zest and the sugar into a pot.
- 7. Mix the ingredients in the pot well.
- 8. Peel the ginger.
- 9. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
- 10. Add the ginger pieces to the sugar-zest mixture.
- 11. Add the juice mixture to the pot.
- 12. Heat the mixture slowly while stirring constantly.
- 13. Let the mixture boil vigorously.
- 14. Boil the mixture for two minutes.
- 15. Remove the ginger pieces from the syrup.
- 16. Rinse clean bottles with hot water.
- 17. Fill the hot syrup immediately into the prepared bottles.
- 18. Close the bottles well.
- 19. Let the syrup cool down.
- 20. Put two tablespoons of syrup into each glass.
- 21. Fill the glasses with sparkling wine.
