🍽️ Bacon Burgers with Mustard Mayo

Ingredients
- minced meat, mixed 600 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rose paprika pinch
- vine tomatoes 1 pc.
- head lettuce 0.25 pc.
- pickles 2 pc.
- mayonnaise 6 tbsp
- sweet mustard 1 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- oil 2 tbsp
- bacon 8 slices
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Put the minced meat into a bowl.
- 2. Season it with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 3. Mix the ingredients well with your hands.
- 4. Shape four equal-sized meat patties.
- 5. Wash the tomato thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
- 7. Carefully separate four lettuce leaves.
- 8. Wash the lettuce and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 10. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 11. Put the mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- 12. Add sweet mustard and regular mustard.
- 13. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 14. Stir everything well until the sauce is smooth.
- 15. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
- 16. Place the meat patties into the hot pan.
- 17. Fry the patties for about three minutes on each side.
- 18. Remove the cooked patties from the pan and set them aside.
- 19. Place the bacon into the remaining fat.
- 20. Fry the bacon for about two minutes until crispy.
- 21. Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside.
- 22. Slice the burger buns in half horizontally.
- 23. Place the cut sides of the buns into the hot pan.
- 24. Toast the buns for about one minute until golden brown.
- 25. Remove the buns from the pan.
- 26. Spread the mustard mayonnaise onto the top halves of the buns.
- 27. Place a slice of lettuce on the bottom bun half.
- 28. Add a tomato slice on top.
- 29. Place a cucumber slice on top.
- 30. Place a piece of bacon on top.
- 31. Place the fried meat patty on top.
- 32. Cover the burger with the topped bun half.
- 33. Plate the burger.
- 34. Serve the burger immediately and enjoy.
