  6. 6. Place the hot churros on kitchen paper to absorb excess grease.

  8. 8. Sprinkle the churros with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  9. 9. Toss the churros until they are coated with cinnamon and sugar all over.
  10. 10. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
