  3. 3. Beat 200 grams of soft butter with sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. 4. Stir each egg into the butter mixture individually for about 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add the quark and mix it well with the flour.
  6. 6. Stir in the baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger.
  7. 7. Finely chop the pistachios, citron, orange peel, and cranberries.
  8. 8. Gently fold the chopped ingredients into the batter.
  9. 9. Fill the batter evenly into the paper liners using a large scoop.
  10. 10. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and brush them immediately with 50 grams of melted butter.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the still warm muffins.
