🍰 Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 300 g
- butter 200 g
- eggs 6 pcs.
- sugar 250 g
- salt pinch
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- whipping cream 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into large pieces and place them in a pot.
- 2. Place the pot on a low heat setting.
- 3. Melt the chocolate together with the butter while stirring constantly.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the mixture is completely liquid.
- 5. Let the chocolate mixture cool down for about 15 minutes.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Grease a springform pan with some butter.
- 8. Line the bottom of the pan with baking paper.
- 9. Put the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar into a large bowl.
- 10. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 11. Slowly stir the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg-sugar mass.
- 12. Mix everything until a uniform consistency has formed.
- 13. Bake the cake in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Take the finished cake out of the oven.
- 15. Let the cake cool down on a wire rack.
- 16. Carefully release the cake from the pan.
- 17. Whip the cream in a tall bowl until stiff.
- 18. Serve the cake with the whipped cream.
